The Seaweed Health Foundation presents a BANT approved course in Edinburgh on the nutritional profile and health and wellness benefits of seaweeds, providing a full understanding of seaweeds, their source and use as a nutritional food and food supplements.
The course covers:
1. A background of seaweed usages globally
2. How seaweed for food is sourced in the UK
3. The nutrient profile of seaweeds
4. Use of seaweeds as part of therapeutic protocols
5. Cooking with seaweed
The course is run by Dr Craig Rose, Executive Director of the Seaweed Health Foundation, & Dr Jane Jamieson of Enabling Health
CPD Hours: 3.5
When: 5th Sept 2011, 5.30pm-9.30pm
(course officially starts at 5.45 and finishes at 9.15, but we welcome questions and networking eitherside)
