Seaweed Health Foundation: First Annual Conference

We are delighted to announce the Seaweed Health Foundation’s first Annual Conference.
The venue is the incredible Natural History Museum, London on Tuesday April 3rd 2012 from 10.15am to 5.45pm, followed by an optional evening dinner.

The agenda includes:

10.15:                    Arrival

10.30-11.00:         Introduction to the Foundation and its Core Purposes

11.00-11.30:         Overview of achievements to-date, research projects, education and awareness

11.30-13.15:         Workshop: How would Members like to guide and develop the Foundation?

13.15-14.00:         Break for lunch

14.00-14.30:          Herbarium Tour

14.30-15.00:          Nature Live Talk
(by Prof Juliet Brodie and Dr Craig Rose. Topic is seaweed – title to be confirmed)

15.00-16.30:          Facilitated discussions/workshop
(where we are going, the research strategy, member contributions etc.)

16.30-16.45:         Break

16.45-17.45:         Refine and conclude Foundation’s direction for 2012 onwards

17.45:                    End

18.30:                    Evening meal (optional) – venue to be confirmed
